My room is generally a hub of activity. It's a mixture of fun (in a school?), and learning. If you peek in at any given time, you will probably see some sort of reading going on!

I am in my eighth year at Columbia. This is my 5th year as a 2nd grade teacher.

I graduated from Central Washington University in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. In 2000 I graduated from Lesley University with a Master's degree in Curriculum Development.

My hobbies include spending time with my family, playing softball, volleyball, reading, writing, and just making life enjoyable.

My family includes myself, my wife, Betty, our children Eric, April, (both grown) Kevin, and Kyle (both in their teens).
